New General Data Protection Regulations come into force on 25 May 2018. Under these new regulations the Rhondda Cynon Taf Pension Fund is a Data Controller, this means we store, hold and manage your personal data in line with statutory requirements to enable us to administer your pension. A Memorandum of Understanding has also been circulated to our Fund Employers which outlines how data will be shared between them and the Fund.
